What determines availability
The limiting factor may be the larger vehicle, the professional driver, the host, or the attraction schedule. A two-person city half day is easier to place than a six-person Guatapé departure at sunrise.
That is why the first message should include the whole brief instead of 'are you available?'.
What to send in the first message
Send date, preferred start time, group size, hotel/Airbnb, time block and one sentence about interests. If you have a hard end time, include it immediately.
That gives us enough information to check the correct vehicle and avoid five rounds of WhatsApp before confirming anything.
What may need to stay flexible
A last-minute route may need alternate museums, a different start order or a simpler lunch plan depending on opening hours, reservations and traffic.
The Route Card model works well here because it is built around options rather than one brittle itinerary.
Same-day Guatapé is different
A road day requires more driver time and an earlier start. Asking at 10 a.m. for a full Guatapé experience is not the same as asking for a four-hour city afternoon.
If Guatapé does not fit, a scenic city day or coffee experience may be the better use of the remaining hours.
Do not confuse urgency with pressure
A legitimate operator should still tell you the price, what is included and who is providing the transportation before pickup.
Use our contact page or WhatsApp when timing matters more than browsing the Field Guide.
Bottom line
Choose the day that fits the people traveling, not the longest list of attractions. If you know your date and group size, we can turn the priorities above into a Route Card and confirm what actually fits.
Ask about availability, or send the date and number of guests on WhatsApp.
