Be specific about what “limited” means
Some guests can walk on flat ground but not manage steep stairs. Others need frequent seating. Others simply want a lower-effort day after surgery, a long flight or several active travel days.
The form should capture the preference, then WhatsApp can clarify anything that affects the route.
Good lower-walking options
Scenic drives, viewpoints with easy access, selected museums, coffee stops and shorter cultural stops can create a full day without turning it into an endurance test.
A private vehicle also means the group can skip unnecessary transfers and return to the car between stops.
Stops that need a warning
Comuna 13 can involve stairs, slopes, heat and dense crowds even with the outdoor escalators. El Peñol is a major climb. Long Centro walks can also be tiring in midday heat.
That does not automatically mean 'no.' It means those stops need an honest discussion and, when appropriate, a modified version.
Why private helps
A group tour has to move at a group pace. A private day can shorten a stop, wait for a guest, choose a closer drop-off, or replace a climb with a viewpoint.
That flexibility is one of the strongest reasons to book private when the group's mobility is mixed.
Build around energy, not age
Do not assume older travelers want a slow day, and do not assume younger travelers want stairs. Ask the actual people.

Bottom line
Choose the day that fits the people traveling, not the longest list of attractions. If you know your date and group size, we can turn the priorities above into a Route Card and confirm what actually fits.
Plan an easier-paced day, or send the date and number of guests on WhatsApp.
